  • Owner/Operator representation during design and construction.

  • Plan review including technical/mechanical assessments.

  • Report preparation on findings including prioritization schedules.

  • Ongoing site visits for quality assurance and code compliance.

  • Existing facility assessments and recommendation for future course of action.

  • Ongoing review of submittal information and value engineering proposals.

  • Risk Management reviews and recommendations.

  • Operational and procedural assessment and recommendations.

  • Referrals/Consultation with established professionals in specific areas including design, construction, sales, equipment and service.

Fee Schedule

Retainer  $2500.00

All services to be billed against the retainer until exhausted

Consulting Services – Includes expert witness investigation

No work to be undertaken without the expressed consent of the retaining party. All expenses to be reasonable accommodations including travel, lodging and meals. Time for travel to be billed at 50% the hourly rate ($60.00/hour), .505/mile for automobile travel, and on site billing time is limited only to time devoted to prescribed and approved work by the retaining party.
